Gym Registration
& Profile Setup

Once approved as a Basixx partner, your gym gets a dedicated Gym Dashboard. Setup takes minutes. All information can be updated at any time.

  • Your gym profile — name, cover photo, description, facilities
  • Opening hours
  • Available pass types — day pass, week pass, short-term access
  • Pricing per pass type, and capacity limits if needed

Managing Availability
& Passes

You stay in full control of what travelers can book. Turn passes on or off at any moment from your dashboard.

  • Activate or deactivate specific pass types at any time
  • Adjust pricing independently per pass
  • Temporarily pause all availability — no bookings during that period
  • Limit the maximum number of visitors per day

Step 03

Booking &
Payment Flow

When a traveler selects your gym, the entire booking and payment process runs automatically. Your gym handles nothing on the payment side.

  • The athlete books and pays directly through the Basixx app
  • Payment is processed digitally by Basixx
  • The athlete receives a booking confirmation and a QR code

QR Check-In
System

At arrival, the traveler shows their QR code. Your staff verifies it in seconds — no paperwork, no manual administration.

  • Scan the QR code directly using the Basixx gym app
  • Or enter the Pass ID manually through the dashboard if needed
  • Every check-in is logged automatically in your dashboard

Payouts
