One of the few licensed gyms in Cyprus, Gymania Fitness Club was founded in 2012 with a single idea: a thoroughly organised, welcoming space where the whole family can train safely.
Out of our own love of training we built a place people enjoy coming to. Our instructors are qualified graduates who keep up with developments in exercise and health, and they are here to give every member the training guidance that suits their own needs and particularities.
The floor is equipped throughout with the latest machines from TECHNOGYM, the leading name in sports equipment, so nobody trains around the injury risk that faulty equipment brings. There is enough of it to go around without waiting, even at peak hours, and more than 40 group classes run every week.
Families are looked after. Parents who want it can leave their children in our play area, supervised by a responsible member of staff, completely free of charge while they train. We also run classes for children aged 6 to 11, improving their fitness and health through methods suited to their age. Reaching us is easy from Limassol's main roads, and the gym's large car park makes it straightforward even for members who live some way out.
We have no "magic" pills and no "alien" machines that will turn your body into the one you dream of in no time. What we have is trained staff with the appetite to help you reach your goals, and a separate programme for each of you, adapted to your abilities and your particularities. We strictly follow our exercise program and patiently see our body changing as a result of an exercise programme not medical treatments. For us, exercise is health above all.
